Nika Marnell
Nika graduated from Olathe East High school in 2000 and later attended Johnson County Community College where she graduated with an Associates degree in Business Administration. Nika joined the H2O team in 2009 as a scheduling coordinator and a treatment coordinator. She brought along extensive customer service, management and sales skills. She finds it very rewarding to be a positive part part of creating beautiful smiles for so many patients and establishing great relationships with patients and their families.
Nika and her husband Ricky have an adorable son, Anthony, as well as 2 boxers Tyson and Chloe. Outside of work she has a true passion for photography. Nika and her family enjoy drag racing, cooking and spending time outdoors.
Trisha Bulger
Trisha is from Northern California. She graduated from Western Career College with a degree in Dental Assisting. Trisha has 13 years experience in the dental field, and 9 of those years in orthodontics. Trisha joined the H2O team in 2006 as an orthodontic technician. She really enjoys building relationships with patients, making them feel comfortable and being funny.
Trisha is married to Jake and they have a beautiful daughter Ava. She is an avid KU fan! Trisha has a passion for photography, and enjoys moonlight dinners and long walks on the beach.
Kristen Kauffman
Kristen is from Keota, Iowa. She graduated from Kirkwood Community College in 2002 with a degree in Dental Assisting. She joined the H2O team as an orthodontic technician in June of 2009 with 5 years experience in pediatric dentistry and 2 years general dentistry. Kristen enjoys fast pace working environment and the one on one contact she receives with patients.
Kristen is married to Tony. She has two step children, Koben and Samantha. She has 2 boxers Tyson and Zada and an English bulldog Tuck. Kristen is an avid Iowa Hawkeye fan! In her free time she enjoys cooking, being in the country back home, and LOVES going to Iowa to be with her great family and friends.
Jessica Adams
Jessica is from Gardner, Kansas. She graduated from Advanced Dental Careers with a certificate in Dental Assisting. She joined the H2O team in May of 2008 as orthdontic technician and webmaster. She loves how rewarding it is to see the change is self-esteem on a patients face when they get their braces off, especially when they leave with a huge smile.
Jessica enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Derrick of 2 years, and her puppy Madison. In her free time she enjoys camping, scrapbooking, being on the lake, KU sports and spending time with family and friends.
Michelle Green
Michelle grew up in Hutchinson, Kansas. She graduated from Hutchinson Community College, and also attended the University of Kansas from 2001-2003. She worked in general dentistry for a year until she joined the H2O team in 2004 as an orthodontic technician and treatment coordinator. She enjoys seeing the changes in physical appearance, confidence and attitude after the patients complete treatment, and getting to know the patients on a personal level as they grow up in the practice.
Michelle married her husband Sean in 2008. They have a son Bryson who was born in September 2009. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and running along the beach with Trisha.
Rene Davis
Rene is from St. Louis, Missouri. She attended Johnson County Community College for 2 years. She has prior experience in bookkeeping, insurance filing and paying claims. Rene became a part of the H2O team in 2007 as the Accounts Manager. She loves seeing the smiling faces on the patients faces when they get their braces off.
Rene and her husband Troy have two children Miranda and Jake. In her free time Rene enjoys boating and spending time outdoors with her family.
April Dalen
April is from Grain Valley, Missouri. She graduated from Missouri Western State University with a bachelor of interdisciplinary studies with an emphasis in Education and Psychology. April has been a part of the H2O team since April of 2008 as an orthodontic technician and a scheduling coordinator. She brought along 6 years experience assisting in general dentistry. The smiles April sees after a patient is finished with braces reminds her of the day she got her braces off and why she enjoys working in orthodontics!
April and her husband Marlo have been married for almost 5 years and have a very handsome pug named Tank. In her free time, April loves scrapbooking and creating handmade cards.
Donna Duff
Donna is from Olathe, Kansas. She graduated from the University of Central Missouri. Donna joined the H2O team in 1994. She worked for 2 years as an orthodontic technician, since she has worked as our in-house lab technician.
Donna and her husband Jim have two beautiful children. They also have a pug Titus, 2 cats, a chinchilla and a bearded dragon. In her free time Donna loves scrapbooking, riding motorcycles and camping with her family. And whatever you do, don't touch her ears!
Caryn Moore
Caryn is from Shawnee, Kansas. She graduated from Advanced Dental Careers with a certificate in Dental Assisting. She joined the H2O team in 2008 as an orthodontic technician. She loves making people feel good about their smiles, and seeing the final results after treatment.
Caryn is married to rick; together they have 3 cats Chloe, Zombie, and Ash. In her free time Caryn enjoys scrapbooking, watching movies, and running along the beach with Trisha and Michelle!
Loren Wilson
Loren is from Paola, Kansas. He graduated from the University of Kansas in Business Administration. Loren has over 20 years experience in medical practice management. He became the Director of Operations here at H2O in 2007. He enjoys seeing the final results of the patients when they finish treatment.
Loren is married to Beverly. He has 3 grown children. When not at work he enjoys golf, KU basketball and wine collecting.
